We are no longer requiring clients to call upon arrival for your visits to our clinic. You are welcome to come on in using the client entrance.
We are still taking the following precautions. Please take note.
Masks are still required to be worn by all humans at all times inside the building.
Because cats can get COVID, we will be providing towels in the foyer as you come in and ask that you cover the open parts of your cat’s carrier to prevent exposure between them and any other cats who are in the clinic, or any person who may unknowingly be positive for COVID. In addition, the towel can have a calming effect on your furry friend, who may feel stressed by their vet visit. Stressed kitties like to hide, and having a towel over the carrier gives them that hidden feeling. We will also have Feliway spray available in the foyer. Please feel free to spray some on the towel before putting it over the carrier, as it has a calming effect on many cats, and can make their visit more stress free.
We are excited to make this change and hope that it will help make your visit to our clinic more convenient.
Of course, if you are not comfortable coming inside and prefer our curbside service, we are happy to continue providing that alternative for you.
